We wanted a specific build, which was not the on the Sears lot, and so John did a national search for just the right car. It turned out that "just the right car" was not an easy find and John worked very hard to find that car. It took a couple of weeks and John was very diligent in tracking down our car and also keeping us informed every several days. On top of all that, he's just a nice guy to be around! More
