Excellent Team that with no haggling made a surprisingly excellent offer the first time out… and I’d been car shopping for almost three weeks, so I had a great sense of the market. From beginning to completion the ENTIRE team at Jaguar Land Rover Schaumburg was Exceptional ! I cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible team for making this an unforgettable experience! From s Land Rover Schaumburg was Exceptional ! I cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible team for making this an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, every team member went above and beyond to ensure that not only was the car-buying process seamless, but also that I was able to surprise my son with his first car at 16 being his dream car. First and foremost, Brian Lieberman was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment we walked in, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help us find the perfect vehicle. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable, and he truly made us feel like valued customers. When it came time to negotiate, JP, the sales manager, was phenomenal. He worked with us diligently, ensuring we got a great deal while maintaining transparency and fairness throughout the process. His expertise and willingness to make things work for us made all the difference. Thomas Palm in finance made what can often be the most stressful part of purchasing a vehicle an absolute breeze. He was efficient, thorough, and had everything ready to go, making the closing process seamless and quick—exactly what you hope for when finalizing such an exciting purchase. Before we left, Hunter Spitzer took the time to walk us through all the technology and features of the vehicle, making sure we were set up with the corresponding apps and felt comfortable and confident with this new car. His patience and knowledge were invaluable, and we left feeling well-prepared to enjoy the vehicle to the fullest. And to top it all off, John Nelson added a truly special touch by providing complimentary Land Rover gear, which helped me pull off the ultimate surprise. Seeing my son’s face light up not only when he saw his first car but his absolute dream car was priceless, and John’s thoughtful gesture made the moment even more unforgettable. This dealership has set the bar incredibly high with their outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers. I cannot recommend Jaguar Land Rover Schaumburg enough—if you’re looking for a top-tier car-buying experience, this is the place to go. Thank you again to Brian, JP, Thomas, Hunter, John, and the entire team for making this milestone one that my family will cherish forever! More
