Superb customer service, and excellent car buying experience! We worked with Mike, Client Advisor he was great and very personable. He successfully answered our questions via phone, email and of experience! We worked with Mike, Client Advisor he was great and very personable. He successfully answered our questions via phone, email and of course in person which helped to make for a painless purchase process. Additionally, Ken, Sales Manager stayed in touch, was flexible and engaged throughout the process. I must also acknowledge that Raul, Sales Manager and the General Manager John stepped up on Ken’s behalf on his day off, and I didn’t have to bring them up to speed. Also, during our research efforts and comparison shopping with five (5) in state and one (1) out-of-state dealerships), Schaumburg, Jaguar Land Rover Dealership offered the BEST PRICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, BRAND KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE HANDS DOWN! So, if you’re in the market for a new vehicle, do yourself a favor and check in with Mike, who I’m sure will help to make your car buying experience flawless. Thank you, AJ & KL More
