We were NOT aware the GPS was not included with the car since it was on the Toyota we traded. John didn’t make it known at the time of sale. ALSO, I think delivery personnel need to NOT assume buyers under since it was on the Toyota we traded. John didn’t make it known at the time of sale. ALSO, I think delivery personnel need to NOT assume buyers understand that just because THEY understand technology doesn’t mean the Buyer understands. We had a crash course in how that etch-a-sketch looking THING stuck on our dashboard. STILL don’t know how to use it, but I’ll call so you can teach me. The 20 minutes your people spent wasn’t enough time. I feel lucky I was able to activate XM radio! Not a happy experience. More
