We had a crash course in how that etch-a-sketch looking THING stuck on our dashboard. STILL don’t know how to use it, but I’ll call so you can teach me. The 20 minutes your people spent wasn’t enough time. I feel lucky I was able to activate XM radio! Not a happy experience. More

I was slapped with several outrageous charges to simply buy out my lease-end. This is a Toyota and dealer problem. Toyota Finance was impossible to reach to simply buy my leased car per my contract. They forced me to work with a dealer completely unnecessary. I was charged for a "safety check" $125 to simply keep my own car even though I could have received a state inspection for less than half that amount. Document fee was off the charts. And it took 2 hours to transact!. DSF More
