We do our best to accommodate our customers needs in regard to pricing, and it is never our intention to be misleading or deceptive. We value complete honesty and transparency throughout our sales process by providing a cost breakdown analysis, comparing various financing rates from a multitude of banks and institutions, and disclosing accident and service histories. Another facet of the sales process involves an in-depth appraisal of a customer’s trade-in vehicle. We assure you that any notable features and accessories are certainly accounted for when assessing the vehicle’s value, and we also utilize reliable valuation resources such as Kelley Blue Book for accurate price estimation. Per Honda’s policy, your Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Honda is eligible for up to 2 oil changes within the first 12 months or 12,000 miles of ownership, whichever occurs first. There are no other requisites for this complimentary service, so you are welcome to schedule the oil changes however you see fit. We understand there will be a significant amount of time that your vehicle will not be driven, thus it is likely you would only need 1 oil change throughout the pre-determined limit. The limit was designed to accommodate a majority of CPO Honda owners and the average amount of time/mileage that would necessitate up to 2 oil changes. The policy is part of a national program and not specific to our dealership, so we are unable to make any exceptions on our end.
