Purchased new 2018 Outback. Feel very appreciated! After being referred by a friend whose family has purchased multiple cars from Dean Team, I just purchased a Subaru Outback from sales person John Ost After being referred by a friend whose family has purchased multiple cars from Dean Team, I just purchased a Subaru Outback from sales person John Ostlund. John worked up specific pricing for me on five different vehicles, and he was willing to have all five pulled up front and ready for me to test drive. He was friendly on the test drives I did, and I felt very comfortable driving the cars. Once I chose what I want, he helped with the financing and showed me all the cool features of my new car. I am so excited! Did you know you get to use their carwash free once you buy the car? That's a fun perk. I'm sure I'll wash it once a week because it's SO beautiful! They made a new customer into a loyal customer in no time. I highly recommend this dealership and Subaru in general! (I would say I'll be back, and I will eventually, but Subaru has a history of lasting forever, so it may be a while before I buy again - which I will. I'd send any of my friends, though.) More

Informative and helpful I went to multiple dealerships for not only Subaru’s but multiple cars, but no one made me feel at ease as much as the two salesmen at dean team! The first day when I had just started looking for a new vehicle John Ostlund went with me on a test drive and was very informative about all the features and packages available to me. I came back about a week later once I had decided the crosstrek would be the best for me and Dayo Alara helped me narrow my search for the exact package that fitted my needs. He was extremely helpful in getting me the deal that worked best for me. Overall my experience was overly satisfactory ten out of ten would come back for more business! More

Upon co Our recent experience with John Ostlund in purchasing a 2016 Forester could not have been handled in a more professional or pleasant manner. Upon completing our initial research and settling on a Subaru, after being repeat Toyota owners, we began visiting and negotiating with a couple of Dean's competitors. While first encouraged by both initial visits we became increasingly frustrated with the process of trying to move towards a deal with which we could ultimately be comfortable. We first communicated with John via Internet exchanges which proved very productive in directing us to the vehicle we end up purchasing. Our visit to the dealership for test drive and to confirm details of the deal raised our comfort level with John, the vehicle itself and the price John's efforts made acceptable to both buyer and seller. The actual buying and delivery process that followed was extremely efficient. I will close with the following simple endorsement... Everything John said he would do he did! Chris Gerli More

I'll buy again with John Ostlund, but never with Dean Team John Ostlund was friendly, made himself always available, very knowledgeable and above all honest and straightforward. John was not your typical pushy salesman and was trustworthy and I highly recommend him to anyone for their purchase. Due to my prior experience at the Dean Team Volkswagen Kirkwood location, I will never do any business with the Dean Team or their affiliates. Everyone I worked with at the Dean Team Subaru dealership was friendly and helpful, the total opposite of the Kirkwood location. My wife and I were sold a manufacture buyback "LEMON" which the Dean Team Kirkwood location fraudulently did not disclose to use at the time of sale. When I talked to them about this issue I was only met with hostility and confrontation and a total lack of accountability for their misdoing. The Dean Team Subaru location was helpful in starting to resolve the issue, and it is unfortunate that they are affiliated with the group of crooks at the Kirkwood Volkswagen location. More

Service and Sales are personalized and a positive experience I owned a 2008 Subaru and then purchased a 2nd car, a VW a few years ago. I transferred servicing of both vehicles to Dean Team. Two days ago I trad I owned a 2008 Subaru and then purchased a 2nd car, a VW a few years ago. I transferred servicing of both vehicles to Dean Team. Two days ago I traded both in for a 2018 Outback!!!I Eric Harrelson, the supervisor in the Service Department, treats me like I am one of the family. He has been attentive, extremely helpful, and HONEST. In the rare times I needed to get a car into the shop very quickly, he has always accommodated my needs / request. If I leave him a message on his voice mail, he always returns my calls. Eric has given me excellent advice if issues arose with either car. When I told him I was thinking about trading in both cars and upgrading, he helped guide me through the initial process. John Ostlund is my salesman and he deserves an award for patience and preserverence. I started my search for a new vehicle in April and just drove home with my new Outback on 9/27/17. John answered ALL of my questions and NEVER pressured me. He explained, and re-explained, anything and everything I asked him. In short, I have consistently been treated with professionalism, respect, and personalized service. That helped me make my final decision because I have been treated so well and so fairly, I am thrilled to continue doing business with Dean Team. I do have to add that Annie Thompson in the Service Department also deserves a 5 Star rating from me, She has done an outstanding job working with me and I consider her a "friend". And of course Molly Dean who ALWAYS makes a point of greeting me and helping make me welcomed.
