Windshield replacement. Scheduled thru your service dept., then farmed out to third party which resulted in some confusion..Total time involved resulted in more hours than wa Scheduled thru your service dept., then farmed out to third party which resulted in some confusion..Total time involved resulted in more hours than was estimated at beginning....Ins & deductible payments worked out O-K, and so we were satisfifed , except for time.....I drive 65 mi. to your shop, so when I have 5 .5 hrs service time and 3 hrs on the road, makes a full day...It worked out alright, just a little confusion....Kara , serv. mgr., went overboard to make the experience pleasant.... Would give zero stars if allowed. Horrific customer service. Had my car for 4 hours. Was told would need to order a part. Upon picking up my vehicle found that they had the part in stock (passenger sid service. Had my car for 4 hours. Was told would need to order a part. Upon picking up my vehicle found that they had the part in stock (passenger side mirror) but did not install it. Had to schedule another appointment and then will have to take it to another location myself to have it painted! Waste of my time and very expensive. After this repair will never take my Subaru there again! More

Great Experience by a Caring Staff I had the opportunity yesterday to buy my second Subaru from John Pilatz, the same salesman who had helped me before. I had called two days ago, set u I had the opportunity yesterday to buy my second Subaru from John Pilatz, the same salesman who had helped me before. I had called two days ago, set up an appointment, told the person who made the appointment for me what I wanted to see, told that person I did not haggle, I paid cash, and I would only buy a vehicle if the price seemed right to me. When I arrived yesterday morning, John had one of the cars in which I was interested pulled up to the front door. After I looked at it and expressed my reservations, he quickly found two of another model. I chose one of those. He figured the price, and we agreed that I would purchase the 2020 vehicle, trading in my 2018 Subaru Forester. I agreed to come back at a designated time in the afternoon. I met with John, as well as Joe Shane, who was in in charge of the paperwork. Both of them were extremely helpful, providing me with an even better price, which allowed me to extend warranty on the vehicle and prepay all six-month checkups for 84 months. This was a pleasant experience and makes me happy to deal with Bob Rohrman Subaru. More

To be charged 25 dollars for labor to change a cabin air filter and then another 25 dollars to change the engine air filter is not a fair price to me. For an oil change, tire rotation, complementary multi filter and then another 25 dollars to change the engine air filter is not a fair price to me. For an oil change, tire rotation, complementary multi point inspection, a complementary car wash and to change the cabin and engine air filters I paid $244.63. I don’t know the fair price of these services but this seems steep. I’m torn on recommending this service center. My service advisor Was very professional, kind and courteous. 5299 Jenny Scott. I noticed that these advisors are extremely busy. To the point they’re eating they’re lunch at the service desk. Give them their breaks away from the service desk. They deal with all customers, take care of them. I also overheard derogatory conversations about a female customer from the sales management are, had she or her husband heard these conversations there would be a lawsuit for sure. Clean house in that department. Makes me wonder what is said about my wife when we aren’t in earshot... More
