This single experience was flawless, although others at this dealer have been far from flawless. Survey asks for this experience, so I give stars. It is the associated support groups and the lack of interdepartmental communication (service to sales, etc.) which has caused me major issues in the past. John did everything on his end to make it easier on me since I did not have much time or money. Everything but a full walk around of the car and we missed a major side swipe damage on the car. But it was since I did not have much time or money. Everything but a full walk around of the car and we missed a major side swipe damage on the car. But it was cosmetic I hope. No fault to him but I do not have the title paperwork yet and my check engine light is already on. But it is what it is with used cars I guess. More
