I brought my car in for an oil change. The attendant Louis said he would be right back. I sat in the car for 10 minutes with no Louis. I got out of the car and there he was talking to fellow workers. After a few minutes he went right by me, I asked him when he was going to take care of me and he just kept walking. An attendant at the car behind me asked if I needed help. He did help me. I've never had this experience before and hope to never again.,! More
