I have Bought multiple vehicles from this dealership. Their sales staff have always gone above and beyond to make a fair deal happen. However I have never used their service department because I live 30 minutes away. Recently our 2015 jeep renegade, after only 28,000 miles had the AC compressor completely fail. We were out of warranty and the part alone was over $1000. Zevon, in parts, was amazingly helpful as well. We knew the repair was going to be close to $2000. When we showed up to pick up our vehicle the bill was only $321. Without even mentioning it to us John at Douglas had contacted the Chrysler corporation and fought on our behalf for them to cover this costly repair. That is how business should be done!
