I rarely take the time to do a review, but my experience at Sunset Ford of Waterloo was so good that I felt I owed it to them. I did my research and found the vehicle I wanted on their website at a price lo at Sunset Ford of Waterloo was so good that I felt I owed it to them. I did my research and found the vehicle I wanted on their website at a price lower than I had seen anywhere else. I went in expecting that I would have to do a lot of haggling to get that price. Much to my surprise, their very first out-the-door offer was exactly as advertised. The salesman, John Ries, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable of all the features and functions of the vehicle. He made the buying experience pleasurable. More
