On 07/29/2021 I went to Sloane Honda at Bustleton Avenue and Haldeman Avenues to buy a car. The Salesperson JOHN RIVERA showed me , Model : 2022 Honda Odyssey EX-L VIN : 5FNRL 6H79NB032425 Stock and Haldeman Avenues to buy a car. The Salesperson JOHN RIVERA showed me , Model : 2022 Honda Odyssey EX-L VIN : 5FNRL 6H79NB032425 Stock # : 5200896 The MSRP of the car was $42,582 and I agreed to pay that in full and gave a check for $500 to confirm the agreement. I was informed that because of Covid the car will be handed to me on 08/05/2021. On 08/05/2021 when I went to pick up my car they tried to trick me by giving me a car with a different VIN : 5FNRL6H78NB031783 for which the MSRP was $40,580. I agreed to buy that car even if they lied about it, however they told me that I had to pay the original MSRP of $42,582. I told them that if I were paying the original MSRP I would wait for the original car. How can they sell me a car at a higher MSRP even when they aren’t delivering me the car which we agreed upon. They started arguing with me whilst they were doing a fraud by handing me a different car. I went to speak to the manager. He was rude, upon asking his name he told me that he won’t give me his name either. I told them to refund me my $500 agreement money after looking at their Rudeness and Racist behavior towards me. They told me that it will be delivered to me after 10 business days. I would suggest that anyone who is willing to buy a car from this place should rethink. Their way of doing business is absolutely diabolical and they try to fool the customer and do fraud. Upon asking for the original car they get rude. In my life I have never seen such customer service and never thought they would try to cheat me. It was absolute shambles and I wish to soon see them in court. I am attaching all the proof to this review. Hope this review helps other customers to be aware of the money leachers and the parasites. More

The worst dealership ever!!!They put a lien on my car The worst dealership ever!!! They put a lien on my car wich I bought there.five years ago. I paid to pnc bank,and the bank sent me a release letter. The worst dealership ever!!! They put a lien on my car wich I bought there.five years ago. I paid to pnc bank,and the bank sent me a release letter. At the DMV it discovered that honda put them selves as the lien holder,even if I don't owe them anything. They don't know what is going on. And bottom line they driving me crazy for seven months and yet without results. They are admitting that I don't owe anything to them,and together with that they're unable to find the solution. God please keep us from those fools!!!! More
