What a great team of service professionals. Every person I had contact with was professional in his or her job. I was treated as if I was their only concern. I am a senior citizen and have purchased many vehicles and had them serviced, but I do not believe I have ever been treated and taken better care than I was on this visit. Duval Ford Service Department has got to be the BEST in Jacksonville. More

Great service It's easy to make an appointment that fits into my schedule. I'm greeted by John Rhode upon my arrival. My car is serviced quickly and I am on my way. 6 month check up, oil change, and complete check I didn't have anyone to pick me up, so I waited while my car was being checked. The waiting room was very nice and had everything anyone would need wh I didn't have anyone to pick me up, so I waited while my car was being checked. My wait was not long, considering all that was checked out. More
