After putting a deposit on a vehicle 15 days prior to the vehicles arrival they sold the vehicle to someone else. They told me they were going to make things right by selling me a vehicle at their cost. In o vehicles arrival they sold the vehicle to someone else. They told me they were going to make things right by selling me a vehicle at their cost. In order to get the same vehicle I had placed the deposit on it was going to take 3 months for its arrival. When it was time to place my order they apparently cannot order that vehicle this week and I’d have to order a more expensive version unless I wanted to wait another week and see if they could order it next week. They proceed to try and sell me higher costing vehicles “at their price”. One salesman tried to tell me they only profit 1,000 on the vehicle they’re trying to sell me. I declined because I know they definitely profit more than 1,000 on a vehicle LOL. Then conveniently after I declined the more expensive options they’re able to order the car I originally wanted. This company is a joke. The unprofessionalism I received while trying to purchase a car here was disgusting. I will not be back nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone. More

It would not be a unit Roberto Alonso is the most amazing service manager I have ever met he always greets you with a smile in a very caring way I see him work with all of his employees and all of the servicemen work so well together when I get a oil change or anything I am honored to tip the service department they work very hard and they do a amazing job I am so grateful for Cox Chevrolet I will never get another vehicle that is not a Chevrolet. I am totally committed to them like they are committed to me with open arms with a smile .they are 1# with great quality work fast on time great prices, and true in heart for the people one big happy family. Great family at COX, that’s how they treat you, I have just bought my second truck from COX Ron Potts was my salesman, It was a little rough starting out. But then it all came together. You always here story’s about the saleman, he did this did that, well they have a job to do just like everyone, and they certainly take a different approach . They treat you like family. One week before I bought my truck, I brought in my old truck for service. That’s when I meet Chris service writer. He was so nice, very professional, he took care of all my needs. What a great guy. It’s nice to deal with people who know there job. Back in to buy my truck I meet the General Manager John, what a class act, ya he is the guy on TV. Lol John made the deal happen. They are just good folks at Cox, I got the truck I wanted, and at a fair price. Thank you to all the staff for making my visit a very pleasant one. More
