It would not be a unit Roberto Alonso is the most amazing service manager I have ever met he always greets you with a smile in a very caring way I see him work with all of his employees and all of the servicemen work so well together when I get a oil change or anything I am honored to tip the service department they work very hard and they do a amazing job I am so grateful for Cox Chevrolet I will never get another vehicle that is not a Chevrolet. I am totally committed to them like they are committed to me with open arms with a smile .they are 1# with great quality work fast on time great prices, and true in heart for the people one big happy family. Even at Christmas time they send you a card just to let you know they are thinking of you . Great family at COX, that’s how they treat you, I have just bought my second truck from COX Ron Potts was my salesman, It was a little rough starting out. But then it all came together. You always here story’s about the saleman, he did this did that, well they have a job to do just like everyone, and they certainly take a different approach . They treat you like family. One week before I bought my truck, I brought in my old truck for service. That’s when I meet Chris service writer. He was so nice, very professional, he took care of all my needs. What a great guy. It’s nice to deal with people who know there job. Back in to buy my truck I meet the General Manager John, what a class act, ya he is the guy on TV. Lol John made the deal happen. They are just good folks at Cox, I got the truck I wanted, and at a fair price. Thank you to all the staff for making my visit a very pleasant one. More
