I had the best experience with John Santiago. He was very knowledgeable and most of all patient with me. I had a lot of question and he had all the answer for me. I did do my research online but it’s not the same as actually physically trying out the car and I got to try out multiple car models. John also layed out everything from car details to the finance part of each one of them. I didn’t feel pressure to make a decision the first day I went to look at my options. Which was great because it gave me the space to really look at what I really was able to get based on my budget. John was able to work with what I had to offer based on my budge which I was thankful.
