Spectacular service buying a new Civic. I inquired through the paragon website page called express buying. Promised fully remote transaction and delivery of car home. I “reserved” a car online with a fully refundable deposit. (I use quotes around reserved because it turns out the car had been sold but was still shown as available on website.) The next morning after no one called for a short period I called the 877 number. After holding for a while on the 877 number, I was assigned John Santiago who was fantastic (ask for him!). From there John did a great job over the next couple of weekend days all while I was sitting comfortably at home. As is typical at Honda dealers I was given a bit of a hard sell by the finance manager. Buyers should research the Honda extended warrantees before doing battle with the finance guy! Car was delivered as promised (I’m out on eastern Long Island so it was a trip) . Car is beautiful. List price was fair and since they had the added expense of delivery, etc, I didn’t negotiate much. Also, they didn’t charge those BS dealer fees. Civics are in short supply during pandemic - the dealer nearer me had very little inventory. Can’t recommend the, enough. Very few glitches and those glitches were minor. More
