First Mercedes Benz My wife and I came into RBM without an appointment , and John came out to greet us. He introduced himself and began to talk about the RBM dealership a My wife and I came into RBM without an appointment , and John came out to greet us. He introduced himself and began to talk about the RBM dealership and Mercedes product line. He took up a good bit of time with us and showed us a number of cars. We felt welcomed and appreciated. After staying for a good visit. We returned the next day and John was off, so we met David who graciously helped us. This all happened without a hitch. We looked at a number of cars again, and decided to make a purchase. We now are proud owners of a new E450 Coupe. So far, all is well. They are a great team. More
