Our new highlander has a lot of new technology on it and John has been more than willing to help us utilize all the features the car has to offer. The entire process took only about an hour. John was the only person we dealt with the entire time. I believe I paid an appropriate price for the vehicle I bought. I don't believe I got the lowest price if I had spent more time looking other places, in state and out, which I have done before. More
