Superb Courtesy Service On 19 February 2024, I brought my RDX in for the New Car Courtesy Service offered by Crown. John Shaw (as usual!) was fantastic and had everything ready for my appointment as he k my RDX in for the New Car Courtesy Service offered by Crown. John’s been taking care of my service needs for over 10 years and I’m now on my third RDX. He made sure my RDX was moved immediately to the Service Bay and kept me updated. John had my car washed and vacuumed and ready for me to head home in just a little over an hour! John and the entire Crown Acura team are EXEMPLARY!! Thank you again! More
