I have had the pleasure of buying two (2) cars from Gil, a 2013 Captiva and 2019 Equinox. I am so glad to have such a knowledgeable gentleman guide me through the car buying process. I never know what exact a 2013 Captiva and 2019 Equinox. I am so glad to have such a knowledgeable gentleman guide me through the car buying process. I never know what exactly I want but Gil will listen to some of the characteristics I like and has picked out the perfect car both times I've needed a new car. John Sherman was ok, dealership seems to be more focused on making a profit than really helping customers with difficulty with their auto, I paid good money for a diagnosis only to be told there could be va on making a profit than really helping customers with difficulty with their auto, I paid good money for a diagnosis only to be told there could be various possibilities which I would have to pay for parts not really needed, felt as if I was being scammed into paying for unnecessary dealer parts just to fix one problem. I wasn't convinced that this service Department was honest and felt a lot of money was gonna be at my expense for their lack of pin pointing the exact issue, they preach expert repair services but was more less guessing at my problem, Im done with this facility for now and hope my rating doesn't flag any future service I might be forced to use, overall it is a nice looking service Department, which probably explains the excessive cost of the guessing on their part. Not paying for experts guessing. More

Helpful, Personable and Professional Every visit, the entire Service Dept. has gone out of their way, to include courtesy driver Ty, to make me feel like I'm the only customer in the dea Every visit, the entire Service Dept. has gone out of their way, to include courtesy driver Ty, to make me feel like I'm the only customer in the dealership they are helping. I needed help with some bad gas in my tank recently. Got it towed in and it was late in the day. I had been out on the road in the sun virtually all afternoon and not feeling all that great. They gave me a nice Suburban to get home with and said don't worry about your car. John called me with an update the next day as promised. Since I had my wife's car at home, I decided to bring the Suburban back to the dealership so someone else could use it if needed. Ty brought me home. But my wife's car had problems also (she was out of town). I was embarrassed but I had doctor appts and needed a vehicle. I asked John if Ty could come get me and if I could use a vehicle. He said yes. I waited for the vehicle and Ty drove up with the suburban and the courtesy vehicle just behind to take him back. I was flabbergasted with the kind gesture. Needless to say, my vehicle was fixed, I brought the Suburban back and went on my way. This is a good dealership that treated me very well, with kindness and professionalism, right when I needed it most. Thanks Priority Chevrolet. Your people made my day and make your dealership great in my opinion. Barry Napp More
