Poor service department The check engine light came on in my vehicle. I took it to the dealer for it to be looked at & 2 wiring harnesses were replaced. When I pick up my veh The check engine light came on in my vehicle. I took it to the dealer for it to be looked at & 2 wiring harnesses were replaced. When I pick up my vehicle, the front camera result and neither of my front turn signals worked (both were working fine prior to bringing in the vehicle). I was told that the car had been test driven and everything was fine. We picked up the car and headed to Florida. On the way, my husband noticed that the turn signals did not sound right (I noticed they sounded different when I picked up the car, but did not know enough to realize that meant something was wrong). We pulled over and checked all of our turn signals only to learn the 2 front signals did not work. During the test drive, these issues should have been noted and the car should not have been released. Rather than keep the vehicle, they told us all was good and to pick up the car because they knew we were headed on vacation. The camera not working was an inconvenience; however, the 2 front turn signals not working was a safety issue and we could have been pulled over because of it. I understand that they did not want us to be in the rental car for more days than necessary, but to tell us everything was fine with the car was simply poor customer service. If they had talked to us, we would have gladly shared the cost of the rental to cover any days beyond the day everything was corrected on the car. More

Great Dealership!! We bought our 2nd vehicle this year from Priority Chevrolet. We were very happy with the first vehicle, a Equinox so we bought a Silverado on our 2nd purchase. Gil Brown was our salesman or both vehicles. Gil was very knowledgeable in what we wanted and the functions of both vehicles we purchased, Priority Chevrolet is a great team effort to make sure the customer is completely satisfied! More

Service department tried to pull a fast one during state ins Service department left me waiting 2 hours to tell me car failed inspection due to a 1/4 inch "tear" on wiper blade. Wiper blades were fine when I arr Service department left me waiting 2 hours to tell me car failed inspection due to a 1/4 inch "tear" on wiper blade. Wiper blades were fine when I arrived at dealership. Service dept held my car hostage to "fail" inspection instead of allowing me to take it to another inspection place. It is my belief that inspector at priority ripped the wiper blade in order to force me to purchase wiper blades from Priority in order to pass inspection. I will never bring my vehicle to Priority again. More

Slow service. Still waiting here 2+ hours for an oil change I had an appointment at 3pm today to get an oil change and a tire rotation. When I got in, there was no cars on the pullup bay and I figured it would I had an appointment at 3pm today to get an oil change and a tire rotation. When I got in, there was no cars on the pullup bay and I figured it would take an hour. Well it is now 5:15 as I am still sitting here writing this review and I just watched the bay fill up with 8 cars and every single one of them have come and gone. I dont understand the reason for making an appointment when it's going to take hours. Why buy from priority? To deal with crap service and slow wait times. Even though I get free oil changes and state bnb inspections here, I am no longer coming here. I'll take my precious time and business somewhere else. This is supposed to he a dealership? More

Dishonest Dealer/General Manager/Did not try to fix my car My rating reflects the bad service I am receiving at this Dealer. Purchased a car and has had significant Navigation/Infotainment Problems with the My rating reflects the bad service I am receiving at this Dealer. Purchased a car and has had significant Navigation/Infotainment Problems with the illumination working and not working at unknown intervals. I purchased the car from this dealer. I took the car into GMC Buick 6 times to get fixed so far. This Dealer, where I purchased the car, test drove my car 5 miles to evaluate the problem and when they could not replicate the problem they told me come and pick up my car. I took the car to this SAME dealer twice and they do not care. The Manager in the Service Department was rude to me when I tried to get someone to take my concerns seriously. I would not trust this company. They sold me a car that is damaged and they deny it even when I show them pics and videos. More
