Honestly, the customer service is top notch. They provided accommodations (yes even after I signed the papers) that you just don’t see anymore from most retailers, let alone a dealership. I have been looking for a used Jeep Wrangler and I came across one at Concordville Subaru. I was determined to buy from a dealership, and a dealership with a good reputation. I was not disappointed by any across one at Concordville Subaru. I was determined to buy from a dealership, and a dealership with a good reputation. I was not disappointed by any means. The staff did not hover over me and allowed my family to inspect the vehicle for ourselves. Take it for our own test drive and was given the opportunity to drive more than your typical “Once around the block.” Once I was comfortable with my selection Mr Shields made sure to not only answer my questions and concerns. He also made sure my questions were brought to the attention of the mechanic who inspected the vehicle. We start the process and with a few signatures we were finished and satisfied. The Wrangler did have an ABS sensor that had only flashed once and that was enough for the staff to let my family know it wouldn’t be able to leave just yet. They made sure my family was informed and remained safe. So the Jeep stayed to be repaired and given another full inspection before it was handed over to us. This is why I will definitely send family and friends their way. It’s not always about the money. It’s pride in your work and for that they have a return customer. More
