The service department is excellent. It seems to improve each year--over and above what it was previously. I was not looking for and did not need a new car. Then I saw my sister's new Outback. It is beautiful but I am not an SUV person, so began looking into the Legacy. I was badly mistreated by another Subaru dealer close to my home. Then a friend's daughter recommended Concordville Subaru. It's quite a distance from me, but turned out to be the most pleasant car experience I've ever had! I worked with Greg Gilley, John Shields, and Tim Raysor. All were professional, friendly and truly understand the meaning of "good customer service". I even ended up with a much better price than had been offered by other dealers. I received an email from General Manager, Moe Laraki the day before my appointment to welcome me and offer his direct line to call if I had any issues. My car is pretty and full of lots of great standard equipment. Greg and John walked me out and, Moe introduced himself as I got ready to leave. An overall surprisingly exceptional dealership. I recommend it to anyone looking for a Subaru. (They also sell Nissans a short distance away!). More
