I have been looking for a used Jeep Wrangler and I came across one at Concordville Subaru. I was determined to buy from a dealership, and a dealership with a good reputation. I was not disappointed by any across one at Concordville Subaru. I was determined to buy from a dealership, and a dealership with a good reputation. I was not disappointed by any means. The staff did not hover over me and allowed my family to inspect the vehicle for ourselves. Take it for our own test drive and was given the opportunity to drive more than your typical “Once around the block.” Once I was comfortable with my selection Mr Shields made sure to not only answer my questions and concerns. He also made sure my questions were brought to the attention of the mechanic who inspected the vehicle. We start the process and with a few signatures we were finished and satisfied. The Wrangler did have an ABS sensor that had only flashed once and that was enough for the staff to let my family know it wouldn’t be able to leave just yet. They made sure my family was informed and remained safe. So the Jeep stayed to be repaired and given another full inspection before it was handed over to us. This is why I will definitely send family and friends their way. It’s not always about the money. It’s pride in your work and for that they have a return customer. More

The Sales team is great but I was extremely disappointed with the Service team on my recent visit. I scheduled my appointment more than a week in advance for a new windshield however the windshield wasn’t o with the Service team on my recent visit. I scheduled my appointment more than a week in advance for a new windshield however the windshield wasn’t ordered until the date of my appointment. Why??? It took 4 days to get the windshield and have it installed. Why??? I’m highly skeptical of the service organization and will consider alternative dealerships for service in the future. For example I was with Rafferty for over 15 years and never encountered the incompetence I found at Concordville Service. More
