10 am appt for oil change Dropped off car at 9:45 and waited. At 11:00 I asked status and was told 30 minutes. Car done at 11:40. Inspection suggested injector service?? After previous oil change alignment suggested and I went to shop who found no problem. I am dissatisfied by these suggestions. How can inspection determine injector probs? The personnel is wonderful, however the waiting room is just not what I expect from a dealership. Build a waiting room that makes your customers feel special.
