When i brought my Elantra in for the 15000 mile oil change they noticed the radiator had a crack in it. They ordered the parts and set up another appointment and everything went fine. 10 am appt for oil change Dropped off car at 9:45 and waited. At 11:00 I asked status and was told 30 minutes. Car done at 11:40. Inspection suggested injector service?? Also rear brakes ( no percent or waited. At 11:00 I asked status and was told 30 minutes. Car done at 11:40. Inspection suggested injector service?? Also rear brakes ( no percent or measure given). After previous oil change alignment suggested and I went to shop who found no problem. I am dissatisfied by these suggestions. How can inspection determine injector probs? Feel like I am being upsold. Never waited so long for oil change. Bought my car there but don't plan to return with honesty in question More

The personnel is wonderful, however the waiting room is just not what I expect from a dealership. Build a waiting room that makes your customers feel special. Frankly, I'm used to a Lexus waiting room. just not what I expect from a dealership. Build a waiting room that makes your customers feel special. Frankly, I'm used to a Lexus waiting room. Sitting around in an uncomfortable room is just not awesome. Even Toyota in Wilsonville has a more comfortable place to be for the hours you have to spend having recall updates to your car. More
