John was absolutely delightful and genuinely kind. He made the process feel great. He was incredibly personable. The pricing was fair and straightforward, no games. It was a busy day, but we waited comfortably while waiting to sign financing paperwork. Skyler Schiller in the finance department kept everything smooth and simple. John has checked in with us to make sure everything is going well and even went above and beyond to return the license plate holder I’d inadvertently left on my trade-in vehicle.
