I placed on on line inquiry and John Tambone was the person who responded to me. His email was professional and nice and what I appreciated the most was that he answered all my questions without asking person who responded to me. He asked probing questions about what I was looking for but without being too pushy. Sometimes, salesmen can apply pressure to come in and test drive or sit down to go over needs. John responded in a timely manner to all my emails, and once we came in and met John he had the car parked up front waiting for me to check out. He was patient with us and even though it was getting close to closing time, he still took the time to answer our questions and made us feel important even though I'm sure he wanted to go home! John did a great job showing us all the features of the Enclave and his personal touches are what convinced us to purchase our first Buick from Delray Buick. In my opinion, John has the perfect approach, perfect mind set and perfect attitude! He was a great salesman and one we wish we could find more often! We are extremely happy with the service John provided and the experience we had at your dealership. We will definitely be back! More
