John was awesome! He found the perfect car for us. If he didn't show us the car we bought, which was not even on the lot, we would of never thought about looking at a Kia. The only thing that bothered me was that he told us one price we would pay for monthly payments and when we got in the back to sign papers, it was something totally different after you add in gap and warranty. I knew gap would add a little extra, but I didn't think it would raise my monthly payments that much.Overall we were very pleased with our experience and John, just really make sure of your payments before you sign. More

I came to the dealership looking for a used pick up to pull my boat. I walked out with exactly what I came for. The associate was great, he searched the system and found a truck that was traded in on Fr pull my boat. I walked out with exactly what I came for. The associate was great, he searched the system and found a truck that was traded in on Friday (I was there on Monday). I test drove the truck and was able to take it home (about 30 miles round trip). I will be picking my truck up tomorrow, as of now, I have no complaints. Mark More

This was my first trip to Ricart. I had been looking for cars/trucks online for over 6 months! I had talked to John about a few trucks I seen online.. but the night before we had seen a mustang with the spe cars/trucks online for over 6 months! When we first arrived John wasnt pushy, real relaxed and cool. He listened to what we we're interested in and was super nice. John explained everything we wanted to know about the car, fiancing, and warranties. If we had any questions he answered them right away and was honest. Also, It was 14 degrees out that day, and he went out cleaned the snow off the car and warmed it up before we even test drove it.John made me and my husband feel comfortable at Ricart! John was an AMAZING sales employee and i would recommend him to anyone i know and strangers. A+ for John Thorton and A+ for Ricart Used Cars! :) More

John was a great salesman and really went above and beyond to help us; however, our whole experience was ruined by the Finance department. We had to wait a little over 2 hours just to meet with them a beyond to help us; however, our whole experience was ruined by the Finance department. We had to wait a little over 2 hours just to meet with them and by that point, we were ready to walk out. We only received service by the Finance department manager once we stated that we were leaving. Great work John. Finance department needs to get their act together. More
