A+ Dealership & Personnel I recently purchased a new 2019 RX 350 from Mungenast Lexus. Once again, I only have positive things to say about this group of fine people. Each and every employee you meet is a consummate professional in their field of expertise from the ladies at the front desk to the porters that clean up the cars. Save Yourself Time - Mungenast Lexus is the Place to Go! I spent the last two months car shopping. Different brands, different dealers that carried those brands trying to find something that could beat my s I spent the last two months car shopping. Different brands, different dealers that carried those brands trying to find something that could beat my sixth Lexus. I saw cars from bare bones, money savers to over the top luxury cars, but this is where I belong. I'm not an easy to please customer, I'm particular and when I spend money - I get even more particular. One of the reasons I am going on to my seventh Lexus is that I love the brand. It's always evolving - always asking for feedback - listening to customers and executing on their needs. Lexus is also always setting trends and enhancing a solid, reliable and enjoyable product that other brands try to emulate. Add to this a team of dedicated employees; working together to treat you to the experience you deserve. Walking in the front door sets the stage - open and spacious... none of the dealerships I had visited were even close. It feels warm and inviting, and every time I am met with a friendly and sincere welcome reminding me that everything I need for a great buying experience is right here. Becky Kroupa has been my Sales and Leasing Consultant since day one. She makes the experience fun and enjoyable. You can tell she loves what she does and works hard to make every customer, (even if you are just browsing) know that she's there to help. Her unique style makes you feel comfortable and free to explore the selection and in front of you. Take the time to notice the attention to detail, the exacting build quality and unmatched fit and finish. You can be wrapped in comfort AND safety AND performance sedan, coupe or SUV! Unlike many products you don't have to sacrifice one over another. This year it's an NX200t, a fantastic mid size cross over that I loved from first sight. Working with her Sales Manager, John Uglow brought she walked me though several offers on different vehicles I was looking at including the NX200t. Becky patiently talked though all of it, answering my questions while respecting my opinion and working to help me make the right decisions. She asked pointed questions to get me to the right choice. I felt no pressure, again just there to guide me though the buying process. Once I narrowed it down, Becky helped me make the decision that after a short break in the immaculate lounge (with self sever beverages to great coffee and a snack), I met with Mike Baek, my Finance manager. Becky, John and Mike have been there to help me since day one, they are a fantastic team - I feel like "my team". Becky helps me find the car for me based on my state of mind and needs, John makes fair and reasonable offers, then Mike gets the right banks or lease options to get behind the wheel. They all go above and beyond, every time I come in. In any business transaction, mistakes or miscommunications can happen. This is where my team really shines! They all strongly believe in satisfying the customer and doing what's right. If something isn't meeting my expectations, they want to know about it so it can be addressed. Talk to "your" team - they are exceptional at what they do. I have to admit, we have a slight mix up with some accessories, but If something isn't right - Mungenast Lexus takes care of it. I I cant imagine going anywhere else. Thank you again to Becky, John, Mike, Nancy, Donna and Brendan for making this ANOTHER great experience, signed sealed and delivered by the Lexus brand. More

I normally do not take the time to sit down and write a review or fill out a survey but I had to share my new vehicle purchasing experience. I set out looking for an IS F on line and eventually filled out review or fill out a survey but I had to share my new vehicle purchasing experience. I set out looking for an IS F on line and eventually filled out a credit app on the Lexus Financial web site late one night. First thing the next morning I received an e-mail and a phone call from my sales person John. It was his day off but he was more than happy to talk to me and get more information on the exact car I was looking for. After a little work John found the ONE and ONLY IS F in the color combo I wanted down in Florida. I stopped by the dealership with out an appointment to see John and try to get the ball rolling on the potential purchase of the IS F. John was with another customer at the time. That is when both Jeff and Becky offered to help me. I explained I was Working with John. They both told me they were more than happy to answer any questions I had and to let me test drive a couple of vehicles while John was with another client. Jeff and Becky spent an hour going over vehicle features, options etc and answering my questions. Jeff and Becky had no interest in taking away a sale from John but were just genuinely happy to help me. My service advisor Marty spotted me getting into one of the Demo's and came out and took the time to go over service intervals with me. He then offered to go on the test drive with me which he did. After returning to the dealership and speaking with John I decided to pursue the IS F. John explained that getting a limited production car from another dealer 3000 miles away could be difficult especially at the particular dealer this car was at. That is when Susan went to work and was able to negotiate a dealer trade. Yay Susan. John presented a price on this car that was approved by Brian. Brian took the time to come in and explain the pricing and thank me for the business. The price was better than other dealers advertised internet pricing so I said yes and was off to see Mike in Finance. Mike Baek was just a pleasure to deal with and made the whole finance process quick and painless. After signing the paperwork I was on my way home to await the arrival of my new car from Florida. I got a call from Mike the next day. He stated there was a small problem with the paperwork and asked if I would mind signing a new contract. I thought to myself here we go. My experience has has been great till now. He told me that he had actually got me approved for a lower interest rate than I was initially quoted and had previously agreed too. Mike even stayed an hour after closing to wait for me to come in and sign the new loan papers. He saved me about $1200 over the life of the loan. This is our Fifth Lexus and this dealership is why. I purchased a new 2013 GS from this dealer (my eigth Lexus). The process was unusual because the salesman left and the sales manager came in without him and said "lets make a deal." This was more like an American dealer than any other Lexus experience. That said, they were courteous and the delivery process was flawless. There service area is first class. i would recommend others use this dealer in St. Louis. More

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, as always. We are return customers because of our experience every time.
