John started in the automotive field in the mid 90’s in a Parts Department and moved to a new position as a service advisor in 1997 at a Mitsubishi dealer in Northern Illinois. He worked his way up to a Mega Dealer Service Advisor. John then moved to Fond du Lac in 2003 and was an advisor with Bergstrom Saturn. After they closed, he had a brief stint as an advisor for Ernie Von Schledorn in Lomira and Hansens Auto care for 18 years. His wife and him enjoy camping and love Door County! They also enjoy time doing yard work and enjoying their salt water swimming pool. If there’s a Packer game, they enjoy hosting Packer Parties with family and friends.

John was great to deal with. Unfortunately I had 10 out of 10 loose lug nuts. Was told by shop Forman that it was because the truck had a lot of corrosion between brake rotor and Unfortunately I had 10 out of 10 loose lug nuts. Was told by shop Forman that it was because the truck had a lot of corrosion between brake rotor and wheel. If so I believe the tech working on the truck should have seen this and corrected it before replacing the wheels. This situation could have been extremely dangerous. I believe these lugs were not torque properly. The truck was driven 90 miles and brought back to dealership. More
