Nicole Lyon

Nicole is a Beaver Dam, Wisconsin native and a 2014 graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. As the Service BDC at Summit Automotive, she brings a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping others. Nicole is dedicated to ensuring every customer has a smooth, convenient, and positive experience when visiting the service department. She takes pride in building strong relationships with customers and supporting the service team to provide the high level of care Summit Automotive is known for. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and being involved in the local community.
