something done , very misleading with the prices , I had an adjuster come out and he had quoted me a price and they purposely changed it to be more expensive , also extremely uninformed and not a team that cares about helping their costumers , after trying to scam me for a 2k job and tell me it was gonna be 5k , the advisor told me to call insurance cuz it was gonna be 5k , insurance came in and flat out told me they wanted to scam me , and due to that adjuster coming at the request of the advisor it ruined my driving record and it has made my insurance sky rocket , extremely disappointed I will not be purchasing another Cadillac due to this terrible service and experience , they were extremely rude to me when I argued about the pricing or even tried to understand what would have caused my issue .
