I dropped off my car for what would be a one day inspection and it took over a week. I had to call the dealership multiple times only to get placed on hold multiple times and not speak to anyone. No inspection and it took over a week. I had to call the dealership multiple times only to get placed on hold multiple times and not speak to anyone. No callbacks after multiple messages had been left. It’s not until I finally called and waited to speak to somebody and was that my car would be inspected on that same day and it could be picked up. Ridiculous waste of time. More
