"Service dept was terrible"
My name is Walter. I made an 8am appt for basic service on my Kia Soul and was the first car in line. 1 1/2 hrs later there are people who arrived with later scheduled apts getting their cars and leaving and my vehicle was still waiting for service.
I went to the service desk obviously upset about it. I never received an apology, never received a reason. They decided then to rush the oil change. The car was not detailed as I had by that time missed an appt I had scheduled after, and had to go. At the check out, I never received an apology, of any kind. They charged me full price, and parked my car near the back of the department and left the paper floor may cover in my car, the plastic seat cover, and I had oil on my steering wheel. I will never use this place again not would I buy from them. Worst service I've ever received
