I've used this service department on two different Kia's, and have always had an exceptional service experience. More

It’s all l I don’t understand why my car didn’t get washed. I was busy looking at another new car and they locked the door and turned off the lights. I had to I don’t understand why my car didn’t get washed. I was busy looking at another new car and they locked the door and turned off the lights. I had to find someone to help me find my keys. I specifically asked about an issue and had to read it on the sheet. At least someone could have called me. 😓 More

Oil change Came in for an oil change and everything from start to finish was great. Especially liked that fact that my car even received a bath...
