I got a call from Steve and talking very unprofessional and disrespectful and rude to me from the beginning of the phone call. Vocal promise is all he practiced! You must have the mental problem ! All social media public platforms will see you can not call someone from your business make false and fake accusations of a mental capacity! The Owner should terminate your position! Kindness is always free and God sees Everything! Amen! More

I love Coastal Kia. I have been going there over 15 years. I have owned other vehicles over the years, but none as reliable as my Kia Rio. If I hadn't had an accident I have been going there over 15 years. I have owned other vehicles over the years, but none as reliable as my Kia Rio. If I hadn't had an accident two Octobers ago, I would still be driving my 2010. Now I am driving my 2024 Kia Rio and I live it. Over the years Sam and Bob Tomlin have kept my cars in great condition. I have dealt with shady mechanics, especially at all the Saturn dealerships in Nashville, TN and Richmond, VA as well as con artist mechanics with no real affiliation and I can tell you that the Kia dealership has the most honest people anywhere. Being an older woman, I have met my share and have had negative experiences, but never once at Coastal Kia in all these years. More
