Kia service department is Awesome. Sam and Bob are just the best in the service center. Very kind , respectful, knowledgeable and informative. Always willing to go the extra mile. Recall repairs Once Coastal Kia received the part, they contacted me right away to schedule an appointment. Because of my schedule, I was early and they accommodated Once Coastal Kia received the part, they contacted me right away to schedule an appointment. Because of my schedule, I was early and they accommodated me - I worked in the waiting room (with wifi) while they made the repairs. Then they washed the car for free. All-in-all a painless repair. More
