Great Customer Service Overall a great experience. I went in to get a recall done and was greeted by Bob. The only thing I had a minor issue with was the complimentary car wash, my windshield was still dirty when I picked it up. However, Bob was awesome in his communication and called me with updates. KIA has the best car service station. As I arrived, I was taken care of immediately. We reviewed my car maintenance service and was offered to be dropped off anywhere if I did not want to As I arrived, I was taken care of immediately. We reviewed my car maintenance service and was offered to be dropped off anywhere if I did not want to wait for 2.5 hrs for my car. I decided to wait. The wait was not bad, they have a TV, free snacks, hot chocolate, coffee, tea or bottled water. The waiting room is clean and you can walk around the show room or parking lot and check out the new cars. Everyone is very friendly. More
