My last oil change was interesting for sure. I called ahead and talked to Moe, he informed there was openings. Moe has ALWAYS been great to work with! After the oil change, the young lady inf I called ahead and talked to Moe, he informed there was openings. Moe has ALWAYS been great to work with! After the oil change, the young lady informed me that the check engine light was on and that they said I had a leak somewhere. I asked if they plugged in the device to see the check engine warning, she said no. I asked where the leak was coming from, she said she didn't know and she didn't trust the kids who are learning how to change the oil to tell her and that I would be better off going to service. I have been coming to Court Street Ford for over 20 years. I have NEVER had such a uneasy feeling on a visit. I know there is new ownership, this last encounter has me really wondering on the quality of work I can expect. We consistently have our three cars serviced there. Is this going to be the new norm?
