Elizabeth is doing an outstanding job in a department that has been lacking for some time. Thoughts in this area were “if a dealership cannot do an oil change correctly how will they be effective at anyt that has been lacking for some time. I had the car in three times for the same problem. After the second repair my car was shaking over 60 mph they claimed I bent a rim and a knuckle! And on top of that they put a part kn that I had to pay for without my authorization! I will never be back there nor would I ever recommend them to anyone! More
