First the dealership itself is old and outdated with water stained ceilings and just an unclean feel about it. The showroom wasn't on the level of the other dealerships in the area. John was nice I just wasn't impressed with the car I came to check out. What bothered me is he pulled the old you have to talk to my manager before you leave or I get in trouble tactic. I hate this move. Either its a trick and the manager is just a closer. Or it's the truth and your manager is the type of guy that you get in trouble if I don't want to talk to him then he is a jerk and I still don't want to talk to him. Overall, this is an older dealership with old school dealer tactics. More

New Year. New Baby. New Car. I have NEVER enjoyed car shopping. I still don't love car shopping, but I did really love John Williams. He was very helpful, and while a salesman indubitably, he was never too pushy. He told me all about the safety features that I wanted to tote my newborn around in and had a very relaxed vibe. My husband told me the car was out of budget at first, but after he went and spoke with Jeff & Rusty Wallis... he knew the car was fairly priced and his wife, and new son... would be safe... and comfortable. John even dropped me off to return a lemon I had purchased before finding my dream, Honda. Thank you, John, Jeff, and Rusty for helping us find our new family car! I was a 6 year Toyota customer... consider me converted. If you're going to Rusty Wallis Honda save yourself some time and just ask for John off the bat.
