Glenzy, Laddie and Carlos, were amazing from start to finish. Glenzy was on the service side, Laddie helped with my lease buy out and Carlos finalized it. However, my only complaint is the other employees around the dealership. While I was sitting there waiting, I overheard two people talking very loudly and one of them used the F bomb multple times. He kept saying your team xxxxxx sucks, like loudly, I get you are talking to a coworker, but it is necessary to drop cuss words at work? That is super unprofessional, when there are customers waiting for their car services or other things. It was by all the computers. More

My biggest complaint other than the high prices is the new checkout system. You have to try to find your service advisor instead of going to a cashier so you have 20 or more people doing the job of two th new checkout system.
