I do not appreciate upselling I asked for just an oil change he tried to slip in an extra service of tire rotation and inspection. I do appreciate the offer but I specifically said oil change only and wh change he tried to slip in an extra service of tire rotation and inspection. I do appreciate the offer but I specifically said oil change only and when he told me the price and service it was with inspection and tire rotation and I had to tell him I clearly said I only want a oil change today because I had personally jus rotated the tires and changed the brakes so I do not appreciate that al all when I clearly said no to those options and he still tried to slip them in like I wouldnt notice and that’s very shady business practice!
