John Zieja was extremely helpful in assisting me with my recent service needs. He did all he could do to assist me. He even arranged for a loaner vehicle for me to use as the repair took several days. I am recent service needs. He did all he could do to assist me. He even arranged for a loaner vehicle for me to use as the repair took several days. I am however disappointed with my Lincoln Navigator. With only 136,000 miles on it, it needed a $9000 repair to the turbos. It seems odd that a high quality can such as the Navigator would need such major repair. I've owned 3 Chevrolet Suburbans prior to this Lincoln and put around 200,000 miles on each of them. Never had a problem such as this. Never such a big repair cost. I may consider going back to Chevy when it comes time to replace this Lincoln. I hope I don't have to see John again except for routine oil changes. But if I do, I know he will be very helpful. More
