Joseph was very rude, threatened to involve the Police after not getting a hold of me (called, I did not get the message due to phone issues and a week later blew up my phone), and was told I was no longe after not getting a hold of me (called, I did not get the message due to phone issues and a week later blew up my phone), and was told I was no longer eligible for service anymore. I suspect this is because they unsuccessfully tried to fix my brakes on multiple occasion. Here is the rest of the story: I have an issue with my truck (many but this is the main one) where I stop and you can hear the brakes let loose even though you do not let off the brake. This is warranty work that had been in multiple times and the technician did not find an issue. They said that is just how newer trucks work with electronic brake solenoids (they tell the brakes when to let loose) vs mechanical. I was told by Jacob, a service rep that "Maybe I should consider taking my truck somewhere else". I asked if that was really what they wanted me to do and he indicated maybe another dealer could figure it out. I escalated to Ford Pro Team and they said to take my truck in and call them when it was there. I called back one more time to feel out if I wanted to chance taking my truck there since you had the history. I was lucky enough to speak to Monica. She was professional, helpful and just amazing!!! She helped get my truck on the schedule and a rental. Because of Monica, I decided to give Gordie Boucher another chance. I dropped my truck off and Jacob took it in. He seemed confused, upset and bothered that I was dropping it off and eventually checked it in. May 21st Joseph called and left a message asking me to call and talk about my truck that you had for service. I did not receive that message because of a technical issue with my phone(my fault). On May 27, Joseph called six times, left three messages, and sent an email threatening to involve the West Bend Police, stating I am no longer eligible for service (despite nearly $3k in approved work, which I later found had nothing to do with the brakes), and demanded the immediate return of the rental car. When my wife answered one of the calls to explain I was in conference calls, Joseph was exceptionally rude to her. She questioned why he was being so rude to her he claimed the rental I had was sold and needed to be returned immediately and we were no longer eligible for service and to pick up my truck. I called and spoke to the GM, explained the situation and that I would not be able to take the car back until after work. He said that was fine, was running to a meeting and would get back to me the next day. I have not heard back. There are many ways this situation could have been handled professionally. Due to this unacceptable customer service, I (my family and friends) will no longer be utilizing Gordie Boucher for my personal or business vehicle services, nor for any future Ford purchases. More

I would like to start by saying they got me scheduled quickly for a simple oil change, tire rotation and transmission fluid change. Service went pretty fast too!
