Purchased a used jeep in June of 2025. Also purchased the warranty - thankfully! In 12 months this vehicle has had timing belt/timing chain replaced; all of the fuel injectors replaced; Also purchased the warranty - thankfully! In 12 months this vehicle has had timing belt/timing chain replaced; all of the fuel injectors replaced; and most recently it was at the shop for FOUR months that started with a rocker arm assembly replacement and finally ended with a new engine. In those four months - communication was next to nothing unless I called them. NO loaner vehicle was offered to make up for the loss of our vehicle. I emailed the general manager twice (I know Mr. Flynn received the emails because a survey request was sent to me) but he never responded. The positive side to this was the service manager Joe Holman. Although he was out on vacation towards the end of this, he has been more than pleasant to talk to and allowed me to vent my frustrations and then helped to come up with resolutions. Joe had to battle with the warranty company as this bill continued to climb and I appreciate his willingness to do that. I know this has been a nightmare for not only us, but for the dealership and I am certain they are just as glad to finally get it back in my hands as we were to finally pick it up. In previous experiences, I have always rated them high. I hate having this sour taste in my mouth but am thankful that, after all was said and done, Joe called to apologize and thank me. More

I would like to start by saying they got me scheduled quickly for a simple oil change, tire rotation and transmission fluid change. Service went pretty fast too! The entire team is fantastic to work with. Jacob is truly an extraordinary person who has mastered his craft in handing every bump in the road (pun intended) during this process with professionalism, while maintaining a semblance of humor (which is much needed in life).
