I was a new customer hoping to have my fleet of trucks services by Gordie. The 1st oil change I had, the tech didn't tighten the oil filter and when I got home oil was leaking all over my concrete drivewa services by Gordie. I called service manager and He said that he would make a note on my account for a free oil change. Next oil change came and no note on my account. Very disappointed. Will be taking my trucks to Ewald in Hartford from now on. More
