Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Waited for my vehicle, usually waited 45 minutes to an hour. This time I waited 2 hours. They told me I need both front and rear brakes and roters, Gant me a quote vehicle, usually waited 45 minutes to an hour. This time I waited 2 hours. They told me I need both front and rear brakes and roters, Gant me a quote of over $900.00. Took it else where, they told me I didn't need brakes or roters. I had purchased all parts that I now had to return, plus pay the person to take brakes apart, just to put back together. Also was told that my locking lugnuts were able to untighten by hand. This is not the first issue I've had here. I'm very dissapointed and wasted my time and money. It could have been worse, had my tires fell off. Compensation would be nice This time More
