Did not oversell what needed to be done. Service was good. They did miss an issue but made it right when it was pointed out. The only improvement area would more communication. Oil change was good. Was quoted a certain amount due to amount of oil required in the car. Ended up service rep was wrong on the # of quarts of oil, so it costed more.
