Johnathon was a pleasant non-pushy sales person. He went out of his way to ensure we had the best deal He also ensured we understood the vehicle details and accessories. He should be commended for the great job he does. He also supports the Costco Auto program. I have bought 5 vehicles through this program with wonderful results. The only disappointment is the lower than expected price that the sales manager gave for the trade-in value. More

Jonathon came in on his day off to facilitate the sale because I was unable to meet with him over the weekend. I very much appreciate his willingness to do so. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We greatly appreciated his help with navigating the sale of my car and purchase of our new one. He was very friendly and made us feel like valued customers. We appreciate that Lexus of Sarasota now allows Costco pricing. We purchased our last car at another dealership in March 2023 because we were told Lexus of Sarasota did not work with Costco. We were disappointed with the price offered on our trade-in. We still feel that we were somewhat lowballed but appreciate the information that was provided to us in explanation of their pricing. It seemed to take a long time to get through the process. We were there for over 5 hours and the price on car was settled as it was set through Costco. The finance department walked us through various options for warranties and appreciate that there was no hard sell. More

Johnathon is AMAZING! !! One thing I absolutely dislike about car salesmen is how pushy they are and it always discourages me but John is the complete opposite of that he l !! One thing I absolutely dislike about car salesmen is how pushy they are and it always discourages me but John is the complete opposite of that he listens carefully to your needs and wants and makes sure he delivers! I met him roughly 7mths ago when I first started looking for a newer car. At that time, he worked for a different company but always kept me in mind when something crossed his desk. He was so patient with me and made sure he contacted me when he felt a vehicle met my criteria and was safe enough for myself and my children. I am so happy with my new car and am so grateful for John! There is no one else I would ever do business with. John is top notch! More
